Refund policy

All astrology consultations, horoscope readings, Kundli reports, matchmaking reports, numerology reports, and other personalized services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or initiated.

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our services, we do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds after the report has been generated, delivered, or the consultation has commenced.

Payments made for astrology consultations, chat sessions, audio calls, video consultations, or expert guidance are non-refundable after the consultation has been completed or has started.

In the event of a duplicate payment due to a technical issue, the excess amount paid will be refunded after verification.

If Astrorva is unable to deliver the purchased service due to a technical issue, system error, or inability to process the request, the customer may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our sole discretion.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate birth details and other required information. Astrorva shall not be responsible for inaccuracies in reports or consultations arising from incorrect information provided by the customer. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
